Run OrqLabs from Claude and ChatGPT

Connect OrqLabs to Claude or ChatGPT and set up projects, agents and workflows from a chat. The assistant works in the one organization you pick, with your role, and approvals and budget caps still apply.

How to connect

Setup takes a few minutes. You never give the assistant your password: you sign in on OrqLabs' own page and the assistant only gets an access grant you can revoke at any time.

Claude (web, desktop, mobile)

  1. In claude.ai or the Claude desktop app, open Customize → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.

  2. Enter OrqLabs as the name and https://api.orqlabs.com/mcp as the server URL, then add it. On Team and Enterprise plans an Owner adds the connector.

  3. Click Connect, sign in to OrqLabs, pick your organization and select Allow. The connector is ready on web, desktop and mobile.

ChatGPT

  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Security and login and turn on Developer mode.

  2. On chatgpt.com/plugins, select + to create a new connection: name OrqLabs, server URL https://api.orqlabs.com/mcp, authentication OAuth.

  3. Sign in on the OrqLabs page that opens, pick your organization and allow access. Then add OrqLabs from the tools menu in a chat.

Whether developer mode and custom connections are available depends on your ChatGPT plan and workspace policy.

Claude Code

Add it with one command in your terminal:

claude mcp add --transport http orqlabs https://api.orqlabs.com/mcp

Then type /mcp in Claude Code and choose orqlabs → Authenticate; the OrqLabs consent screen opens in your browser. Connectors you add in claude.ai are also available in Claude Code when you sign in with your Claude account.

The assistant can't connect accounts such as Instagram, LinkedIn or GA4 itself: it gives you a link to connect them in the panel and uses them once they're connected.

Security and control

The assistant can't do more in OrqLabs than you can. The rules that apply in the panel apply in the chat too.

  • One organization, your role

    Access is limited to the single organization you pick on the consent screen and uses your role. If you're a viewer, the assistant can only read.

  • No delete tools

    No tool deletes a project, agent, workflow, post or lead. Deleting is only possible in the panel.

  • Test mode by default

    Workflow runs start in test mode: publishing and sending are simulated. You have to ask for a real run explicitly.

  • Irreversible actions are confirmed

    Tools with an outside effect, such as publishing, sending or activating, are marked so the assistant asks you before calling them.

  • Approvals and budget caps

    Approval steps are never skipped. Every AI, search and e-mail action is metered and subject to your budget cap; when the cap is reached, the action stops.

  • Revoke any time

    Connections are listed in Settings → Connected apps with who connected them and when they were last used; revoke access with one click. Changes are written to the audit log.

Frequently asked questions

Which Claude or ChatGPT plan do I need?

In Claude, custom connectors work on the Free plan (one connector) and fully on Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. In ChatGPT, developer mode and custom connections depend on your plan and workspace policy.

Do I give the assistant my password?

No. You sign in with OAuth on OrqLabs' own page. The assistant only gets an access grant for the organization you pick, which you can revoke at any time.

Could the assistant publish something by mistake?

Workflow runs default to test mode. Before irreversible actions such as publishing, sending or activating, the assistant asks you, and approval steps still apply.

Does the connector cost extra?

The connector is included on every OrqLabs plan, Free included, at no extra cost. Agent, search or e-mail actions it starts are metered like actions in the panel. The chat itself uses your Claude or ChatGPT plan.

Can I connect more than one organization?

Each connection reaches one organization. For a second organization, add the connector again under a different name and connect it.

How do I revoke access?

In OrqLabs, open Settings → Connected apps, find the connection and choose Revoke access; access ends immediately. You can also remove the connector in Claude or ChatGPT settings.
