You are buying monthly subscription access to the OrqLabs marketing-automation platform: building workflows without code, and content creation, social media publishing, automatic replies on messaging channels, lead research, and market and SEO analysis with AI agents.

• The scope and monthly limits of the plans are published on the pricing page; the limits published at the time of purchase apply.
• Technical requirements: the service is used at app.orqlabs.com with an up-to-date web browser and an internet connection. No software has to be installed.
• Access: you access the service by signing in to your account. Keep your password safe; adding members and managing roles is subject to the plan limits.
• The monthly model budget is a usage cap metered at the providers' list prices. When it is reached, new runs do not start; nothing is charged extra.
• Model usage with your own API key (BYOK) and the fees of third-party services you connect are not included in the plan price.

Prices are monthly and in Turkish lira (TRY). Business plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) exclude VAT and 20% VAT (KDV) is added; creator plans (Creator, Creator Pro) include VAT. The table shows the total, including taxes, charged to your card for each plan.

• The exact amount of your order (including the price difference of an upgrade) is shown at checkout before you confirm, and recorded in the copy of this form stored with the order.
• There are no delivery, shipping or installation costs.
• The price of the Enterprise plan is set in a separate written contract.

Payment is taken in advance by credit or debit card through the licensed payment institution PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş.. You enter your card details on PayTR's secure payment page; OrqLabs never sees or stores your card number. Your card is not saved: every period is paid separately on that page.

The service is provided electronically; nothing is shipped. Your plan is activated in your organization the moment the payment is confirmed and the first monthly period starts.

This does not affect your right to cancel the subscription at any time or to a refund of duplicate or incorrect charges (Cancellation and Refund Policy).

• The subscription is monthly and renews every month unless cancelled. There is no minimum term.
• The renewal is paid on PayTR's secure payment page through a payment link that is e-mailed starting 5 days before the period ends. Your card is not saved and nothing is charged automatically.
• If a renewal is not paid, your plan stays active for 7 more days; the account then moves to the Free plan without losing data.
• You can cancel at any time in the panel under Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; partial use is not refunded.
• An upgrade charges the full difference between the monthly prices at once (not prorated) and keeps the period end date; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period.

An e-Arşiv invoice (an e-Fatura for buyers registered for e-invoicing) is issued for every charge and sent to the billing e-mail entered at checkout within 7 days at the latest.

Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) within the monetary limits announced each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts for disputes above those limits. For buyers who are not consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of Bursa have jurisdiction.

At checkout you confirm electronically that you have read this form and accept the Distance Sales Agreement. The accepted text is stored with the order together with the date of acceptance, the plan, the amount and the text version (2026-10-13), and is sent to you on request.
