This policy summarises which personal data is processed when you use the OrqLabs website and platform, why it is stored and what your rights are.
1. Data we process
Account details (name, email), encrypted credentials of the integrations you connect, workflow and agent run records, inbox conversations and usage statistics.
2. Purposes
Providing the service, executing workflows, billing, security and support. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-party providers
Agents send requests on your behalf to Anthropic, OpenAI and the platforms you connect (Meta, X, Google, Telegram, etc.). Those providers' own policies apply.
4. Retention and security
Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM; data is isolated per organization; access is written to the audit log. Retention periods follow your plan and legal obligations.
5. Your rights
Under KVKK and GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data. Send requests to the address below.
