These terms govern the relationship between organizations using the OrqLabs platform and OrqLabs.
1. Account and organization
The person creating the account becomes the organization's OWNER and is responsible for the actions of its members. Keeping your credentials safe is your responsibility.
2. Acceptable use
The platform may not be used for spam, unsolicited commercial messages, misleading content or automations that violate the rules of connected platforms. Using the consent-management tools is mandatory.
3. Fees and budgets
Plan fees are charged monthly or yearly in advance. Model usage is passed through at catalog price and capped by the monthly budget. With BYOK the provider's invoice is yours.
4. Liability
Content and decisions produced by AI agents should not be published without approval; final responsibility rests with the organization. The service is provided as is; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
5. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Accounts may be suspended for violations of these terms. Your data is exported and deleted on request.
