What does a $5 model budget buy?
Every time an agent runs, cost depends on the model and on how much text it reads and writes (tokens). The estimates below are calculated from the prices in the model catalog.

Assumption: one post draft ≈ 8,000 input + 2,000 output tokens, one chatbot reply ≈ 4,000 input + 400 output tokens. Real usage varies with brand context, knowledge base, tool calls and thinking settings. This is an estimate, not a commitment.
What is a token? A small piece of the text a model reads and writes; long instructions and long answers use more tokens.
When the budget is reached new runs do not start, and you are warned at 80%. The usage page shows spend per model, agent and project.
The Free plan uses economy-tier models.
Pricing FAQ
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan needs no credit card. When you reach a monthly limit, new runs pause until the next month; moving to a paid plan is entirely your choice.
What is the model budget?
It is the monthly spending cap for your agents' AI model usage. Every call is metered as tokens × catalog price; when the cap is reached new runs do not start, so spend cannot run away.
What happens when my budget or limits run out?
New agent and workflow runs stop; your data, workflows and inbox stay available. Monthly limits reset at the start of each calendar month. If you need more, upgrade your plan or connect your own API key.
What changes if I use my own API key?
On Starter and above you can connect your Anthropic or OpenAI key. You then pay the model provider directly and that usage does not count against your plan budget; OrqLabs still meters it and enforces run budgets.
Is VAT included? Can I pay in Turkish lira?
Prices are in USD and exclude VAT. We are working on payment in Turkish lira and e-invoices and will announce them on this page. Write to us about enterprise invoicing needs.
Is there annual billing?
Plans are offered monthly for now. We will announce annual billing on this page once it is available.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Change your plan from the billing page in the panel. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
When do limits reset?
Monthly limits – runs, agent runs, tokens, conversations and the model budget – reset at the start of every calendar month. Workflows, projects, members, integrations and knowledge-base documents are total caps.

Starter fits small teams and local businesses running one brand; Pro fits agencies and marketing teams working with several brands or clients. Start on Free and upgrade once your needs are clear.
