Frequently asked questions
Can OrqLabs auto-reply to Instagram DMs?
No. Instagram DM is not one of OrqLabs' messaging channels. You can publish to Instagram and read and reply to comments with the Community Manager; for DM automation you need a tool like ManyChat.
What can I do on WhatsApp with OrqLabs?
The AI Chatbot answers messages to your WhatsApp Business Cloud API number and hands off to a person when needed. Free-form replies can be sent within 24 hours of the customer's last message; outside that window you need an approved template.
What happens when the bot isn't sure?
If its confidence is below the threshold you set, the conversation switches to Human, the bot goes quiet and your team is notified. You reply from the Inbox and click Hand back to bot when you're done.
Can I use ManyChat and OrqLabs together?
Yes, you can split the work: ManyChat for Instagram DMs, OrqLabs for the WhatsApp/Telegram bot and the rest of your marketing. OrqLabs' webhook trigger and REST API are ready for data exchange; check ManyChat's docs for which connection your ManyChat plan includes.
