Failed payment alert (PayTR)
When PayTR reports a failed payment attempt, your team gets the order number, amount and the bank's reason, with a reminder to contact the customer with a new payment link or bank details. Test payments are skipped.

No. This template only notifies you and your team; it sends nothing to customers, so İYS rules don't apply.
Can I use the template before connecting the accounts?
Yes. The workflow is still created; the affected node shows a warning during validation, and the warning disappears once you connect the account.
Can I use the same template for several brands?
Yes. Use this template creates an independent copy every time; pick a different project and the copy runs with that brand's accounts.
