Low stock alert
Every morning checks the total stock of your ikas products and sends you one in-app and e-mail notification listing the physical products below your threshold (default 5), lowest stock first.

When it runs
Schedule: Every day at 09:00 (Europe/Istanbul). The workflow starts on its own at these times; change the days and time in the trigger's cron field (0 9 * * *).

How to customise it
- Fill in the
stokEsigivariable under Settings → Variables for your business; the template ships with a placeholder value. - Change when it runs in the trigger's cron field (currently
0 9 * * *); the editor previews the next runs. - Change the per-run budget cap ($0.1) under Settings; with an economy model you can lower the cap too.
- Before activating it, test the workflow with Test run; the run panel shows every step's input and output.
Frequently asked questions
Which e-commerce platforms does it work with?
The template is built on ikas. You can also take the order event from Shopify, WooCommerce, Ticimax, IdeaSoft, Shopier and Lemon Squeezy: change the trigger's account and event, then check the field names in the next nodes.
Does it send messages to my customers?
No. This template only notifies you and your team; it sends nothing to customers, so İYS rules don't apply.
How much does a run cost?
The template comes with a budget cap of $0.1 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run. The real cost depends on the model you choose and the number of items; you change the cap under Settings.
Can I use the template before connecting the accounts?
Yes. The workflow is still created; the affected node shows a warning during validation, and the warning disappears once you connect the account.
