ikas integration: order and customer automation

What it does in OrqLabs

OrqLabs connects to ikas through the Admin GraphQL API with the Client ID and secret of a private app you create in your store; it fetches and renews the 4-hour access token itself. As soon as you connect, the store/order/created and store/customer/created webhooks are registered.

When a delivery's signature can't be verified, the order or customer is re-read from the ikas API and only that copy is used. Order workflows start with the order number, payment status, total, buyer name, email, +90 phone, city and line items; customer workflows with the name, contact details and email subscription status.

The ikas node lists orders, reads one order by id or order number and lists products with price and stock.

What you can automate

  • Thank-you for paid orders

For orders with payment status PAID, AI writes a short thank-you that goes out as a WhatsApp template or email.

  • Review requests

After a Wait node the order is read again and, if it wasn't cancelled, a review email goes out.

  • Welcome flow

New customers are saved as leads; subscribers get a welcome email with a first-order discount.

  • Order report

A scheduled workflow reads orders placed after a date with List orders and sends the team a summary.

Nodes that use this integration

In the workflow editor these nodes run with your ikas account.

  • ikas

List orders · Get order · List products

  • Client secret *

Good to know

  • The ikas node is read-only; update order status and stock in the ikas admin.
  • Order status changes (shipped, delivered) don't produce separate events.
  • Marketing consent in ikas doesn't replace an İYS record; promotional messages in Turkey also need İYS consent.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to set up webhooks in ikas by hand?

No. OrqLabs registers the order and customer webhooks through the ikas API as soon as you connect, and removes them if you delete the integration.

What happens when the access token expires?

ikas access tokens last 4 hours; OrqLabs gets a new one with the Client ID and secret, so there's nothing for you to do.

Can I read an order by its order number?

Yes. Get order accepts the ikas id (UUID) or the order number shown in the store.
