E-commerce · 5 steps

Shopier order → Paraşüt invoice

When a paid Shopier order arrives, turns its items into VAT-exclusive invoice lines and fills in the buyer's name and e-mail. Once you add the tax / ID number and approve, a draft sales invoice is created in Paraşüt and you are notified.

Required integrations

Messages it sends

Internal only

Sends nothing to customers; it only notifies you and your team, so İYS consent rules don't apply.

What this template does

This E-commerce template has 5 steps and is copied into your own project in one click; you then change the copy in the editor as you like. Who it's for: e-commerce and creators.

Accounts you need to connect: Shopier and Paraşüt. It includes an approval step (Request approval): the run waits there and nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps.

When it runs

The workflow starts when Order created happens in your Shopier account. Shopier delivers the event instantly by webhook; the webhook subscription is created automatically when you connect the account. Only events that meet the template's condition start the workflow; you can change the condition in the panel.

How it works

The nodes in run order. You can edit every node in the editor and add your own.

    Notify team

Sends your project team an in-app notification, email, Slack or Telegram message; e.g. when a hot lead comes in.

How to customise it

  • Fill in the kdvOrani variable under Settings → Variables for your business; the template ships with a placeholder value.
  • Keep the approval step on for the first weeks; once you trust the output you can remove it or only send borderline items to approval.
  • Before activating it, test the workflow with Test run; the run panel shows every step's input and output.

Frequently asked questions

Which e-commerce platforms does it work with?

The template is built on Shopier. You can also take the order event from Shopify, WooCommerce, ikas, Ticimax, IdeaSoft and Lemon Squeezy: change the trigger's account and event, then check the field names in the next nodes.

Does it send messages to my customers?

No. This template only notifies you and your team; it sends nothing to customers, so İYS rules don't apply.

Will anything go out without my approval?

No. The run waits at the Request approval step and the items appear on the Approvals page; nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps.

Can I use the template before connecting the accounts?

Yes. The workflow is still created; the affected node shows a warning during validation, and the warning disappears once you connect the account.
