What it does in OrqLabs
OrqLabs connects to Shopier through REST API v1 with a personal access token (PAT) you create in your Shopier account. As soon as you connect, the order.created webhook is registered through the API – nothing to set up in the Shopier panel.
Deliveries are checked against the signing token Shopier issues; when a delivery can't be verified, the order is re-read from the Shopier API and only that copy is used. Workflows start with the order id, payment and fulfillment status, total, buyer name, email, +90 phone, city and line items (digital or physical).
The Shopier node lists orders, reads a single order and lists products with price, stock and image.
What you can automate
Post-order thank-you
For paid orders, AI writes a personal thank-you that goes out as a WhatsApp template or email.
Digital product delivery
For digital products, the workflow emails the buyer the download link and usage notes.
Review requests
A Wait node asks for a review a few days later with the product page link.
Order digest
A scheduled workflow reads the day's orders with List orders and sends the team a summary.
Nodes that use this integration
In the workflow editor these nodes run with your Shopier account.

Good to know
- Only the new-order event is supported; product and refund events don't start workflows.
- The Shopier node is read-only; change orders and products in the Shopier panel.
- Order lists return up to 50 records per request, covering the last 60 days unless you give a date.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to set up a webhook in the Shopier panel?
No. OrqLabs registers the order.created webhook through the Shopier API as soon as you connect, and removes it if you delete the integration.
Is the personal access token safe?
The token gives full access to your account; OrqLabs stores it encrypted and only uses it for order, product and webhook calls. Don't share it, and revoke it in Shopier if needed.
Can I send customers promotional messages?
Thank-you and delivery messages are transactional. Messages with discounts or campaigns are commercial messages and in Turkey need the recipient's consent and an İYS record.
