Google Drive integration: save reports and files automatically
Connect Google Drive and let weekly reports, agent output, images and clips land in the folder you choose. OrqLabs only sees the files it creates itself – never the rest of your Drive.

What it does in OrqLabs
The Upload file operation of the Google Drive node uploads text from an earlier step (a report, caption, JSON) or a file downloaded from a URL (image, clip, PDF – up to 100 MB). You give the folder by name or path (OrqLabs/Reports); if it doesn't exist, it is created on the first upload. Text can optionally be converted into an editable Google Doc and shared as "anyone with the link can view"; the webViewLink in the output goes into the next Slack message, e-mail or client report.
List files lists the files OrqLabs saved, newest first, optionally in one folder and filtered by name – for example to hand a month of reports to a summary agent.
The connection uses Google's narrowest Drive permission (drive.file): OrqLabs can only see and change the files and folders it created itself. Google classifies it as non-sensitive, and the existing files in your Drive are never visible to OrqLabs.
What you can automate
Weekly report archive
Every Monday, save the GA4 and social media report as a Google Doc in the client folder and send the link to your team.
Keep agent output
Collect market research, SEO audit or competitor analysis results as dated files in Drive.
Image and clip backup
Copy generated images and clips into the project folder in Drive before they are published.
Sharing with clients
Save agency reports with "anyone with the link can view" sharing and e-mail the link to the client.

- Importing from Drive into the media library isn't available yet; upload files in the panel. Details: Google Drive guide.
- A single file can be up to 100 MB.
Frequently asked questions
Can OrqLabs see every file in my Drive?
No. The connection uses the drive.file permission, so OrqLabs can only see and change the files and folders it created itself.
Can reports be saved as Google Docs?
Yes. With "Convert text to a Google Doc" on, text, HTML or Markdown content is saved as an editable Google Doc.
How do I share a file with a client?
Pick "Anyone with the link can view" under Sharing and send the webViewLink from the output by e-mail or message.
