Cash-on-delivery confirmation (Shopify, WhatsApp)
When a cash-on-delivery order arrives in Shopify, the customer is asked to confirm it on WhatsApp. Confirmed orders get a tag and a note; orders the customer wants cancelled are cancelled after your approval. No reply within 4 hours → an SMS goes out and your team is told.

Budget cap: At most $0.1 per run
What this template does
This E-commerce template has 18 steps and is copied into your own project in one click; you then change the copy in the editor as you like. Who it's for: e-commerce.
Accounts you need to connect: Shopify, WhatsApp Business (Cloud API) and Netgsm SMS. It includes an approval step (Request approval): the run waits there and nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps. The budget cap is $0.1 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run.
When it runs
The workflow starts when Order created happens in your Shopify account. Shopify delivers the event instantly by webhook; the webhook subscription is created automatically when you connect the account. Only events that meet the template's condition start the workflow; you can change the condition in the panel.

How to customise it
- Fill in the
magazaTelefonuvariable under Settings → Variables for your business; the template ships with a placeholder value. - Keep the approval step on for the first weeks; once you trust the output you can remove it or only send borderline items to approval.
- Change the per-run budget cap ($0.1) under Settings; with an economy model you can lower the cap too.
- Before activating it, test the workflow with Test run; the run panel shows every step's input and output.
Frequently asked questions
Which e-commerce platforms does it work with?
The template is built on Shopify. You can also take the order event from WooCommerce, ikas, Ticimax, IdeaSoft, Shopier and Lemon Squeezy: change the trigger's account and event, then check the field names in the next nodes.
Do these messages need İYS consent?
No. Informational messages such as order, shipping, appointment or payment updates are not commercial messages and need no consent. If you add an offer, a discount code or promotion to the text, it becomes a commercial message and needs İYS consent.
Will anything go out without my approval?
No. The run waits at the Request approval step and the items appear on the Approvals page; nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps.
How much does a run cost?
The template comes with a budget cap of $0.1 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run. The real cost depends on the model you choose and the number of items; you change the cap under Settings.
Can I use the template before connecting the accounts?
Yes. The workflow is still created; the affected node shows a warning during validation, and the warning disappears once you connect the account.
