Every Monday finds Shopify customers whose last order was 90–97 days ago and who have not ordered since. Customers with İYS e-mail consent get a personal AI-written come-back e-mail with your offer, sent after your approval.

Sends messages that count as commercial (offers, discounts, promotion); consumers may only receive them if their consent is recorded in İYS, Turkey's consent registry.

What this template does

This E-commerce template has 11 steps and is copied into your own project in one click; you then change the copy in the editor as you like. Who it's for: e-commerce.

Accounts you need to connect: Shopify, İYS (İleti Yönetim Sistemi) and Email (SMTP). It includes an approval step (Request approval): the run waits there and nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps. The budget cap is $2 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run.

When it runs

Schedule: Every Monday at 10:00 (Europe/Istanbul). The workflow starts on its own at these times; change the days and time in the trigger's cron field (0 10 * * 1).

How to customise it

  • Fill in the teklif and maxMusteri variables under Settings → Variables for your business; the template ships with placeholder values.
  • Change when it runs in the trigger's cron field (currently 0 10 * * 1); the editor previews the next runs.
  • Keep the approval step on for the first weeks; once you trust the output you can remove it or only send borderline items to approval.
  • Change the per-run budget cap ($2) under Settings; with an economy model you can lower the cap too.
  • Before activating it, test the workflow with Test run; the run panel shows every step's input and output.

Frequently asked questions

Which e-commerce platforms does it work with?

The template is built on Shopify. You can also take the order event from WooCommerce, ikas, Ticimax, IdeaSoft, Shopier and Lemon Squeezy: change the trigger's account and event, then check the field names in the next nodes.

Does it need İYS consent?

Yes. The messages this template sends count as commercial messages; under Turkish Law No. 6563 they may only go to consumers whose consent is recorded in İYS. The İYS integration lets the workflow check consent, and broadcasts skip recipients without it automatically.

Will anything go out without my approval?

No. The run waits at the Request approval step and the items appear on the Approvals page; nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps.

How much does a run cost?

The template comes with a budget cap of $2 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run. The real cost depends on the model you choose and the number of items; you change the cap under Settings.

Can I use the template before connecting the accounts?

Yes. The workflow is still created; the affected node shows a warning during validation, and the warning disappears once you connect the account.
