Weekly social media digest
Every Monday it collects your Instagram and LinkedIn metrics, sums up in plain language what worked and saves it as a weekly digest report.
Required integrations
Budget cap: At most $1 per run
What this template does
This Analytics template has 7 steps and is copied into your own project in one click; you then change the copy in the editor as you like.
Accounts you need to connect: Instagram Business and LinkedIn. The budget cap is $1 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run.
When it runs
Schedule: Every Monday at 08:00 (Europe/Istanbul). The workflow starts on its own at these times; change the days and time in the trigger's cron field (0 8 * * 1).
How it works
- 01
Every Monday at 08:00

- 06
Generate text
Has the AI write text from your instructions in a single step, e.g. a short reply draft for every new comment.
- 07
Create report
Saves a report on the Reports page; e.g. to collect this week's leads or a traffic summary on one page.
How to customise it
- Change when it runs in the trigger's cron field (currently
0 8 * * 1); the editor previews the next runs. - Change the per-run budget cap ($1) under Settings; with an economy model you can lower the cap too.
- Before activating it, test the workflow with Test run; the run panel shows every step's input and output.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I see the results?
The reports are saved on the Reports page of the app; you also see every run's steps and outputs in the workflow's run history.
How much does a run cost?
The template comes with a budget cap of $1 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run. The real cost depends on the model you choose and the number of items; you change the cap under Settings.
Can I use the template before connecting the accounts?
Yes. The workflow is still created; the affected node shows a warning during validation, and the warning disappears once you connect the account.
Can I use the same template for several brands?
Yes. Use this template creates an independent copy every time; pick a different project and the copy runs with that brand's accounts.
