LinkedIn integration: automated posting for company pages and profiles
OrqLabs automates posting to your LinkedIn company page or personal profile. The Content Creator puts a strong hook in the first 210 characters, the Social Publisher schedules the post for the best slot, and company page impressions and engagement flow into your reports.

What it does in OrqLabs
LinkedIn auto-posting works with two targets: your personal profile or a company page you manage. The Where do posts go? section in the connection's detail panel shows the target plainly, and if you manage several pages you pick one from the Posting target list.
Posting as a company page requires LinkedIn's Community Management API product, which LinkedIn only grants to a separate developer app. If the platform has not configured that app, posts go to your personal profile. The member who grants access needs the Super admin or Content admin role on the page.
Posts can include up to 3,000 characters of text, a single image, a multi-image post with up to 20 images, a video or a link card. LinkedIn's API has no native scheduling, so scheduled posts wait in the OrqLabs publishing queue. For company pages, impressions, unique impressions, clicks, likes, comments and shares flow into your reports.
What you can automate
Company page content calendar
The Content Creator turns a campaign brief into LinkedIn-native posts: a hook in the first 210 characters, short paragraphs and 3–5 hashtags at the end. Drafts wait for your approval in the Content calendar.
Daily posting flow
The daily social media content flow template feeds LinkedIn together with X and Instagram; the Social Publisher schedules the posts you approve.
Best-time scheduling
The Social Publisher uses the posting times in your strategy document and the last 28 days of engagement, records why it picked a slot and never puts two LinkedIn posts on the same day.
Page performance report
The Get post metrics node reads company page post statistics; the Report Writer turns them into a weekly summary and the Analytics Strategist into strategy recommendations.

Good to know
- LinkedIn authorizations last 60 days and standard apps cannot refresh them automatically. When access expires, the connection asks for re-authorization and you get a notification; re-authorizing extends access by another 60 days.
- Reading and replying to comments is not available for LinkedIn, so the Community Manager does not use this account.
- LinkedIn's API does not expose statistics for personal profile posts; impressions and engagement are read for company pages only.
- PDF carousels are not supported; several images are published as a multi-image post.

Frequently asked questions
Can I auto-post as my LinkedIn company page?
Yes, if the platform has the Community Management API app configured and you are a Super admin or Content admin of the page. Otherwise posts go to your personal profile, and the detail panel states the target clearly.
Do I have to reconnect every 60 days?
With standard LinkedIn apps, yes. You get a notification when access expires, and re-authorizing on the consent screen extends it by another 60 days.
Can it reply to LinkedIn comments?
No. In OrqLabs, reading and replying to comments is available only for X, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
Can I manage more than one company page?
A connection posts to one target at a time. You switch between the pages you manage with the Posting target list in the detail panel.
