Google Search Console integration: SEO driven by real search data
Connect your Search Console property read-only and OrqLabs receives the queries you appear for, with clicks, impressions, CTR and average position. The SEO & Traffic Growth agent uses it to surface high-impression, low-click queries and keywords close to page one.

What it does in OrqLabs
SEO built on Google Search Console data starts from real search behavior instead of guesses. OrqLabs reads your property's search analytics by query, page, country or device; every row carries clicks, impressions, CTR and average position. The data is stored in your project daily, and the Search Console queries node returns a fresh list for any period inside a workflow.
The SEO & Traffic Growth agent combines this data with a crawl of your site and the GA4 summary: it finds high-impression queries stuck in positions 5–20 and pages with weak CTR, then proposes keyword clusters, content briefs and quick wins.
The integration is read-only (webmasters.readonly): OrqLabs changes nothing in Search Console and sends no indexing requests. Connections are per project, so each site uses its own property.
What you can automate
Monthly SEO audit
The monthly SEO audit and content briefs template runs the SEO & Traffic Growth agent on the 1st of every month and notifies your team once the audit report, briefs and quick wins are ready.
Striking-distance keyword lists
Run the Search Console queries node with the
querydimension, then use a Filter node to keep high-impression rows ranking between positions 5 and 20 and send them to your content team.Content briefs saved as drafts
With Produce content briefs on, the agent saves briefs with a title, target query, outline and internal-link suggestions as drafts, ready for you to review and schedule.
Organic KPI tracking
If your project strategy has targets for clicks, impressions, CTR or average position, the last 7 days are checked after each daily sync; a missed target triggers a notification and an “analytics threshold” event.

Good to know
- Google finalizes Search Console data with a 2–3 day delay. OrqLabs reads finalized days only and shifts the date range back automatically, so the most recent days are not in the report.
- Google anonymizes low-volume queries for privacy, so query-level totals can be lower than the property total.
- Only search performance is read: no URL inspection, indexing requests or sitemap submissions.
Frequently asked questions
Should I use a Domain property or a URL-prefix property?
Use the Domain property (sc-domain:) when you can; it covers all subdomains and both http and https. For a URL-prefix property, enter the address exactly, including the trailing /.
Can I connect with the same Google account I use for GA4?
Yes. The only requirement is that the account has permission on the Search Console property.
Why is the data 2–3 days behind?
Google finalizes Search Console data with a delay. OrqLabs accounts for it and reads finalized days only.
Does OrqLabs change anything on my site or in Search Console?
No. The permission is read-only and no settings are changed. The SEO & Traffic Growth agent only produces reports, recommendations and drafts.
