What this template does

A monthly review is the simplest way to keep SEO problems and opportunities from slipping by. On the 1st of each month this template runs the SEO & Traffic Growth agent, which crawls your site, analyzes Search Console and, if connected, Google Analytics, and turns its findings into a prioritized traffic plan.

The report has four parts: technical and on-page issues (titles, meta descriptions, H1, canonicals, redirects), keyword clusters grouped by search intent, content briefs for the high-priority clusters (target keyword, heading outline, word count, internal links, CTA), and quick wins you can ship within a week. It highlights high-impression queries ranking in positions 5–20 and pages whose click-through rate is lower than expected.

The crawler stays on your own domain, starts from the sitemap and respects robots.txt. If the website field is empty, the project's website is used. The run budget is capped at $6; because the analysis is deep, the agent's default model is in the flagship tier.

Step-by-step flow

The template's nodes in run order. You can edit every node in the editor and add your own.
  1. 01

    1st of every month

    Schedule

    Runs on the 1st of each month at 08:00 (Europe/Istanbul) using 0 8 1 * *.

  2. 02

    SEO & Traffic Growth

    SEO & Traffic Growth

Crawls up to 15 pages of your site and records technical and on-page issues, then pulls near-ranking queries and low-CTR pages from Search Console. It turns the findings into keyword clusters, content briefs and quick wins and saves them as an SEO audit report.

  3. 03

    Notify team

    Notify team

Sends an in-app notification and an email titled “SEO audit ready”; you'll find the report under the “SEO audit” type on the Reports page.

How to customise it

  • Enter your priority topics in Target searches on the SEO & Traffic Growth node; if left empty, keywords are derived from your site and Search Console.
  • For more frequent audits, switch the schedule to weekly (0 8 * * 1) and lower Pages to audit to 5.
  • To also notify a Slack channel, add Slack to the Notify team node's channels; the Slack integration must be connected.
  • Give one of the report's content briefs to the Content Creator as a topic to turn it into social posts.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work without Search Console?

Crawling and on-page checks still run, but without query data the keyword opportunities and click-through analysis stay incomplete. The report notes which data source was missing.

Which pages does it crawl?

Pages on the domain of the website set in the project or on the node; it starts from the sitemap, respects robots.txt and audits up to 15 pages by default.

Does it apply the changes to my site?

No. The agent produces the audit, recommendations and content briefs; it doesn't change your site. You or your team implement them.

Does it analyze competitor sites too?

This template focuses on your own site. To review competitors' messaging, content cadence and pricing, use the Competitor Analyst agent.
