What it does in OrqLabs

When you connect, OrqLabs adds a webhook to your 50 most recently updated active forms. Jotform doesn't sign webhooks, so the URL carries an unguessable token unique to this connection and checked on every delivery. A workflow with the Integration event trigger set to JOTFORM · New form submission starts on each submission. Answers arrive in answers under the question text and in fields under Jotform's field names; multi-part fields such as name, address and date become one readable value.

The Jotform node lists your forms and reads a form's submissions from a date of your choice. Global, EU (eu.jotform.com) and HIPAA accounts are supported – just pick your data region when connecting.

What you can automate

  • Appointment and quote requests

The submitter is saved through Create / upsert lead and your team is alerted with the preferred date or service.

  • AI request summary

LLM: Generate text condenses long answers into three prioritised bullets and Sync to CRM / Sheet sends them to HubSpot, Sheets or Notion.

  • Daily submission report

A scheduled workflow reads the day's submissions with Get submissions and prepares a short report.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there a token in the webhook URL?

Jotform doesn't sign webhooks. We verify that a request really comes from your form with the secret token at the end of the URL, unique to this connection – requests without it are rejected.

Does it work with my EU account?

Yes. Pick Data region → EU when connecting and requests go through eu-api.jotform.com. HIPAA accounts have a HIPAA option.

How do name, address and date fields arrive?

Multi-part fields become one readable value: the name as "First Last", the address as a comma-separated line and dates as YYYY-MM-DD.
