Google Forms integration: start a workflow on every response
Connect your Google account and paste the edit link of the forms to watch. When someone submits a form, your workflow starts with the response – lead record, thank-you e-mail, meeting or team alert.

What it does in OrqLabs
Google Forms works through the GOOGLE_FORMS · New form response option of the Integration event trigger. Responses are read every 5 minutes and each one starts its own run. The item's answers field maps question titles to answers (multiple choices as lists, file uploads as Drive links); email, name and phone are taken from the collected e-mail address or the matching questions, and formTitle / formId tell you which form it came from.
Because the Google Forms API can't list an account's forms, you pick the forms to watch: open the form in Google Forms and paste the …/edit link from the address bar into the integration's details. One connection watches up to 10 forms; the panel reads each form's title live and shows why a form can't be read.
Only new responses trigger: on its first run the trigger just records a starting point, and edited older responses don't start new runs. The connection only asks to read form structure and responses – it can't change your forms.
What you can automate
Leads from applications
Create a lead for every form response, with e-mail, name, phone and all answers written to the lead record.
Instant thank-you e-mail
Send the person who filled in the form a personalised thank-you and next-step e-mail from your Gmail mailbox.
Routing by answer
Split the flow to sales, support or the agency team based on an answer such as "Which service are you interested in?".
Meetings and alerts
Set up a Google Calendar Meet call for qualified applicants and notify your team in Slack or Teams.

What you enter when connecting
- Form edit link(s) or ID(s)
Good to know
- Responses are read every 5 minutes, not instantly.
- Forms can't be listed automatically – you paste each form's edit link (up to 10 forms per connection).
- Forms permissions are among Google's sensitive scopes, so for public use the platform's Google app must be verified. Details: Google Forms guide.
Frequently asked questions
Which form link should I use?
The edit link you see in the address bar when you open the form in Google Forms, ending in /edit. The /viewform or forms.gle link sent to respondents carries a different id and doesn't work.
Can I watch several forms?
Yes, one connection watches up to 10 forms. Use the formTitle and formId fields of each response to branch the flow per form.
Do workflows run for older responses?
No. On its first run the trigger records a starting point; only new responses after that start workflows.
