What it does in OrqLabs
Because the Tally API can create webhooks, there's nothing to configure by hand: on connect, OrqLabs adds a FORM_RESPONSE webhook to your 50 most recently updated forms and checks each delivery against the Tally-Signature. A workflow with the Integration event trigger set to TALLY · New form response starts on every submission. Choice questions arrive as option texts, uploads as file URLs, and hidden and calculated fields sit in their own objects.
The Tally node lists your forms and reads a form's submissions with question titles – completed, partial or all, from a date of your choice. If you'd rather wire one form by hand, paste the webhook URL in Tally and enter the same signing secret in OrqLabs.
What you can automate
Application and contact forms
The respondent becomes a lead through Create / upsert lead, and Notify team sends your team their name and the key answer.
Branching on answers
An If step checks the chosen service or budget; AI drafts the matching proposal summary and it goes out by email.
From event sign-up to subscriber
People who fill in your webinar sign-up form are added with a label to Ghost or your newsletter list.
Follow up on partial submissions
Get submissions → Partial only feeds a reminder flow for people who left their email but didn't finish the form.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to add the webhook in Tally myself?
No. OrqLabs creates and signs the webhooks with your API key. You can still wire a single form by hand – then enter the signing secret you set in Tally into OrqLabs.
How do multiple-choice answers come through?
As the option texts shown on the form, not option IDs – as a list when several are chosen. File uploads arrive as file URLs.
Are hidden fields supported?
Yes. Hidden fields you define in Tally arrive in the hidden object and calculated fields in calculated.
