Typeform integration: start a workflow on every form response

Connect Typeform with a personal access token and OrqLabs adds a signed webhook to each of your forms. The moment someone submits, your workflow starts with the answers – lead record, personal email and team alert run on their own.

What it does in OrqLabs

When you connect, OrqLabs adds a webhook with its own tag to the 50 most recently updated forms in your account and checks every delivery against the Typeform-Signature. A workflow with the Integration event trigger set to TYPEFORM · New form response starts on each submission. Answers arrive in answers keyed by question title; email, phone and name questions are also lifted into email, phone and name, and hidden fields (such as utm_source) and the quiz score come along.

The Typeform node lists your forms and reads a form's past responses – submitted only, partial only or all, optionally after a given date. That makes a weekly response digest or a backfill of older responses into your CRM a single workflow too. If your account stores responses in the EU data center, just pick EU when connecting.

What you can automate

  • From form to lead

Whoever submits your demo or quote form is saved with email, name and phone by the Create / upsert lead step, and your team is alerted right away.

  • Personal email from the answers

An LLM: Generate text step reads the answers and drafts a short, personal welcome email that Send email delivers to the respondent.

  • Survey classification

Open-ended answers are sorted into topic or satisfaction labels with LLM: Classify and written to Google Sheets or Notion as rows.

  • Weekly response digest

A scheduled workflow reads the last seven days with Get responses, AI summarises them and the report goes to your team.

Good to know

  • Webhooks are added to the 50 most recently updated forms; older forms don't send events.
  • The trigger fires on submitted responses; partial responses can be read with Get responses.
  • The Typeform API allows 2 requests per second per account, so setting up many forms can take a few seconds.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to set up the webhook in Typeform myself?

No. When you connect, OrqLabs adds the webhooks to your forms and signs every delivery with a secret. Delete the connection and the webhooks are removed as well.

How do I use the answers in a workflow?

Each answer sits in answers under its question title, e.g. {{ $json.answers["Company size"] }}. Email, name and phone are also available as email, name and phone.

Do hidden fields and UTM parameters come through?

Yes. Hidden fields you add to the Typeform link arrive in the hidden object, so the campaign source can travel into the lead record or a report.

Can I use one Typeform account in two projects?

Yes. Each connection adds its own tagged webhook to the form, so they don't interfere with each other.
