Ticimax integration: workflows on every new order
Connect your Ticimax store with its domain and web service authorization code. OrqLabs checks for new orders every 5 minutes, and each new order starts a workflow with buyer details and products.

What it does in OrqLabs
OrqLabs connects to Ticimax's SOAP order service (/Servis/SiparisServis.svc, SelectSiparis) with your store's web service authorization code. The service's field order and namespaces are read from your store's WSDL, and every numeric filter is sent as "no filter".
Ticimax has no webhooks, so the trigger polls: while an active workflow listens, OrqLabs reads the newest orders by order id every 5 minutes. The first check only records a starting point; later new orders start workflows oldest first. Workflows start with the order number, status, total, buyer name, email, +90 phone, city and line items.
The Ticimax node lists recent orders, optionally only those placed after a date.
What you can automate
Post-order thank-you
On each new order, AI writes a short thank-you that goes out as a WhatsApp template or email.
Review requests
A Wait node sends an email asking for a product review after delivery.
Daily order digest
A Schedule trigger lists yesterday's orders every morning, AI summarises them and the team is notified.
Nodes that use this integration
In the workflow editor these nodes run with your Ticimax account.

Check that the connection test reads the latest order.
Pick

Requirements
- A Ticimax store with web service access and an authorization code allowed to use the order service.
- The store's domain (e.g.
https://www.mystore.com). - If the web service settings restrict IPs, the OrqLabs outbound address has to be allowed.
What you enter when connecting
- Mağaza alan adı *
- Web servis yetki kodu *
Good to know
- New orders arrive with up to ~5 minutes of delay; one check handles up to 200 new orders and the rest wait for the next check.
- Order status changes (shipped, delivered) don't produce separate events.
- The Ticimax node only lists orders; there are no write operations.
Frequently asked questions
Do orders placed before connecting start workflows?
No. The first check only stores the latest order id as a starting point; only orders after it start workflows.
Why every 5 minutes instead of instantly?
The Ticimax web service doesn't send order notifications (webhooks), so OrqLabs asks for new orders at regular intervals.
What can my authorization code access?
The code grants access to the Ticimax web services; OrqLabs only reads orders from the order service. Use the code only for OrqLabs and update the integration if you change it.
