What it does in OrqLabs
OrqLabs connects to Lemon Squeezy through its official JSON:API and an API key. When you connect, a webhook listening to order_created, subscription_created and subscription_cancelled is created for every store on your account, signed with OrqLabs' secret.
Each delivery's X-Signature is verified and repeats are never processed twice. Workflows start with the order number, status, total (converted from cents), currency, customer name and email, and the product and variant names. Subscription events also carry the renewal and end dates, the customer portal link and any custom data you added to the checkout.
The Lemon Squeezy node lists orders by buyer email or store and reads a customer's total revenue, monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and status.
What you can automate
Post-purchase welcome
On a new order, Generate text writes a product-specific welcome email with tips and Send email delivers it to the buyer.
Win back cancelling subscribers
When a subscription is cancelled, the customer becomes a tagged lead and gets a short message reminding them access lasts until the end date.
New subscriber alerts
On a new subscription, Get customer reads the total revenue and your team is notified with the subscriber's name and plan.

Frequently asked questions
Does access end as soon as a subscription is cancelled?
No. Lemon Squeezy keeps a cancelled subscription active until the end of the period; the end date arrives in the endsAt field.
Can I use custom checkout data?
Yes. Values you add to the checkout link with checkout[custom][…] arrive in the workflow as customData.
Do test purchases start workflows too?
Yes. Test-mode sales have testMode set to true, so you can filter them out with an If node in live workflows.
