Messaging · 4 steps

Course registration and exam result notice

When the Tally registration form is submitted, saves the student, sends a registration confirmation SMS via Netgsm (to the parent's phone when the form asks for it) and notifies your team. The setup notes show how to send exam results the same way.

Required integrations

Messages it sends

Informational messages

Sends order, shipping, appointment or payment updates; no İYS consent is needed, but the text must not contain offers or promotion.

Budget cap: At most $0.1 per run

What this template does

This Messaging template has 4 steps and is copied into your own project in one click; you then change the copy in the editor as you like. Who it's for: education.

Accounts you need to connect: Tally and Netgsm SMS. The budget cap is $0.1 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run.

When it runs

The workflow starts when New form response happens in your Tally account. Tally delivers the event instantly by webhook; the webhook subscription is created automatically when you connect the account. Only events that meet the template's condition start the workflow; you can change the condition in the panel.

How it works

The nodes in run order. You can edit every node in the editor and add your own.

How to customise it

  • If you want to check things before they go out, add a Request approval node before the step that sends something out.
  • Change the per-run budget cap ($0.1) under Settings; with an economy model you can lower the cap too.
  • Before activating it, test the workflow with Test run; the run panel shows every step's input and output.

Frequently asked questions

Which messaging channels does it work with?

The inbox and the chatbot work with conversations from these channels once they are connected to your project: WhatsApp Business (Cloud API), Telegram Bot, Slack, Discord Bot, Facebook Messenger, Email (SMTP), Twilio SMS, Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365 and Verimor SMS.

Do these messages need İYS consent?

No. Informational messages such as order, shipping, appointment or payment updates are not commercial messages and need no consent. If you add an offer, a discount code or promotion to the text, it becomes a commercial message and needs İYS consent.

Does the workflow wait for my approval?

This template has no approval step; once activated, the steps run automatically. You can add a Request approval node in the editor wherever you want to check things first.

How much does a run cost?

The template comes with a budget cap of $0.1 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run. The real cost depends on the model you choose and the number of items; you change the cap under Settings.

Can I use the template before connecting the accounts?

Yes. The workflow is still created; the affected node shows a warning during validation, and the warning disappears once you connect the account.
