Messaging · 9 steps
Post-webinar follow-up and content
When your Zoom session ends, AI drafts a thank-you follow-up with the recording link for registrants, sent after your approval. In parallel the Content Creator drafts a LinkedIn post about the webinar, scheduled once you approve it.

Messages it sends
Informational messages
Sends order, shipping, appointment or payment updates; no İYS consent is needed, but the text must not contain offers or promotion.
Budget cap: At most $2 per run
What this template does
This Messaging template has 9 steps and is copied into your own project in one click; you then change the copy in the editor as you like. The AI agents doing the work: Content Creator and Social Publisher. Who it's for: education, B2B sales, agencies and creators.
Accounts you need to connect: Zoom, Email (SMTP) and LinkedIn. It includes an approval step (Request approval): the run waits there and nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps. The budget cap is $2 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run.
When it runs
The workflow starts when Meeting ended happens in your Zoom account. Zoom delivers the event instantly by webhook. Only events that meet the template's condition start the workflow; you can change the condition in the panel.

Frequently asked questions
Which messaging channels does it work with?
The inbox and the chatbot work with conversations from these channels once they are connected to your project: WhatsApp Business (Cloud API), Telegram Bot, Slack, Discord Bot, Facebook Messenger, Email (SMTP), Twilio SMS, Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365 and Verimor SMS.
Do these messages need İYS consent?
No. Informational messages such as order, shipping, appointment or payment updates are not commercial messages and need no consent. If you add an offer, a discount code or promotion to the text, it becomes a commercial message and needs İYS consent.
Will anything go out without my approval?
No. The run waits at the Request approval step and the items appear on the Approvals page; nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps.
How much does a run cost?
The template comes with a budget cap of $2 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run. The real cost depends on the model you choose and the number of items; you change the cap under Settings.
Can I use the template before connecting the accounts?
Yes. The workflow is still created; the affected node shows a warning during validation, and the warning disappears once you connect the account.
