E-commerce · 8 steps
New product → social media post
Checks the products of your ikas store every day; for products it has not seen before the Content Creator writes an announcement post based only on the product data. After your approval the Social Publisher schedules it on Facebook and X at the best time. At most 3 products a day.

What this template does
This E-commerce template has 8 steps and is copied into your own project in one click; you then change the copy in the editor as you like. The AI agents doing the work: Content Creator and Social Publisher. Who it's for: e-commerce.
Accounts you need to connect: ikas, Facebook Page and X (Twitter). It includes an approval step (Request approval): the run waits there and nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps. The budget cap is $2 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run.
When it runs
Schedule: Every day at 10:00 (Europe/Istanbul). The workflow starts on its own at these times; change the days and time in the trigger's cron field (0 10 * * *).
How it works
- 01
Every day at 10:00
ScheduleStarts the workflow automatically at the times you set; e.g. to create content every morning at 09:00.
- 02
ikas · List products
ikas: Lists products with their first variant's price and the total stock; one item per product.
- 03
Remove duplicates
Drops items you've already handled; e.g. so the same news article or comment isn't processed twice.
- 04
Limit
Passes only the first N items; e.g. continue with the top 20 search terms and keep AI costs down.
Platform-native posts, captions, threads and calendars.
- 06
Request approval
Asks for your approval on the Approvals page before continuing; e.g. to check a post's text before it is published.
- if approved → Social Publisher
- if rejected → Notify team
Schedules and publishes approved content at the best times.
- 08
Notify team
Sends your project team an in-app notification, email, Slack or Telegram message; e.g. when a hot lead comes in.
Setup notes
- Account choices, message template names and consent rules for this template are covered step by step in the setup guide (in Turkish).
How to customise it
- Change when it runs in the trigger's cron field (currently
0 10 * * *); the editor previews the next runs. - Adjust the task text and inputs of the agent nodes to your brand and goal.
- Keep the approval step on for the first weeks; once you trust the output you can remove it or only send borderline items to approval.
- Change the per-run budget cap ($2) under Settings; with an economy model you can lower the cap too.
- Before activating it, test the workflow with Test run; the run panel shows every step's input and output.

Frequently asked questions
Which e-commerce platforms does it work with?
The template is built on ikas. You can also take the order event from Shopify, WooCommerce, Ticimax, IdeaSoft, Shopier and Lemon Squeezy: change the trigger's account and event, then check the field names in the next nodes.
Will anything go out without my approval?
No. The run waits at the Request approval step and the items appear on the Approvals page; nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps.
How much does a run cost?
The template comes with a budget cap of $2 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run. The real cost depends on the model you choose and the number of items; you change the cap under Settings.
Can I use the template before connecting the accounts?
Yes. The workflow is still created; the affected node shows a warning during validation, and the warning disappears once you connect the account.
