What it does in OrqLabs
For Facebook Page scheduling, OrqLabs uses Meta's consent screen: you sign in and select the Page OrqLabs should manage. Your user authorization is exchanged for a long-lived Page token that stays valid unless you change your password, revoke access or lose your Page role.
Text, link, single-image, multi-image and video posts are supported; videos are pulled by Meta from a public URL. Scheduled posts wait in the OrqLabs publishing queue and go out on time once approved. Impressions, reach, clicks, reactions, comments and shares flow into your reports.
On the comment side, the Get comments & mentions node collects new comments on your recent posts and the Reply to comment node answers as the Page. The Community Manager combines the two: it classifies sentiment, drafts replies from your knowledge base and hands comments with escalation keywords to a human.
What you can automate
Auto-reply to Facebook comments
The comment and mention auto-reply template fetches new comments every hour and answers them. For Facebook, add a second Get comments & mentions node and join it with Merge.
Routing complaints to your team
Comments containing escalation keywords such as "refund" or "complaint" open a human conversation in the Inbox and notify your team; the agent only posts a short, empathetic holding reply and leaves the resolution to your team.
Page post scheduling
The Content Creator writes short, conversational Facebook copy that ends with a question or a clear call to action; the Social Publisher schedules approved posts for the best slot.
Page insights and reporting
The Get post metrics node reads insights for recent posts; the Analytics Strategist can interpret them alongside GA4 data and suggest strategy changes.
Messenger messages
For private messages to your Page, connect the separate Facebook Messenger integration and let the AI Chatbot answer them.

- Comment monitoring covers your 10 most recent posts; comments on older posts are not processed.

Frequently asked questions
Can it post to my personal Facebook profile?
No. Meta's API only allows publishing to Pages, which is why the integration requires a Facebook Page.
Do I need to connect a Facebook Page for Instagram?
No. Instagram connects separately through Instagram Login, which needs no Facebook Page; see the Instagram integration page.
Are comment replies sent without approval?
Auto-reply is off by default in the Community Manager, so replies wait on the Approvals page. The ready-made template ships with auto-reply on; keeping it off for the first weeks is recommended.
Does it answer Messenger messages too?
This integration covers posts and comments. For messages sent to your Page, connect the separate Facebook Messenger integration.
