Social media comment triage

Every 2 hours it sorts Facebook comments into questions, praise, complaints, sales opportunities and spam; complaints and sales opportunities are flagged to you right away, and the Community Manager drafts replies to the rest for your approval.

What this template does

Accounts you need to connect: Facebook Page. The budget cap is $1 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run.

When it runs

Schedule: Every 2 hours (Europe/Istanbul). The workflow starts on its own at these times; change the days and time in the trigger's cron field (0 */2 * * *).

How it works

  1. 01

    Every 2 hours

    Schedule

Starts the workflow automatically at the times you set; e.g. to create content every morning at 09:00.

  2. 02

    Get comments & mentions

Fetches new comments and mentions since the last run, e.g. checking comments every hour and drafting replies.

  3. 03

    Classify

Sorts each text into one of your categories and sends it down that path, e.g. splitting incoming messages into sales, support and spam.

  4. 04

    If

Splits items into two paths by a condition: one if true, the other if not; e.g. a different message for leads scoring over 70.

    • if yes → Notify team
    • if no → Filter
  5. 05

    Notify team

Sends your project team an in-app notification, email, Slack or Telegram message; e.g. when a hot lead comes in.

  6. 06

    Filter

Lets through only items that meet a condition and drops the rest; e.g. continue only with leads that have an email.

  7. 07

    Community Manager

    AI agent

Replies to comments and mentions in your brand voice.

How to customise it

  • Change when it runs in the trigger's cron field (currently 0 */2 * * *); the editor previews the next runs.
  • Adjust the task text and inputs of the agent nodes to your brand and goal.
  • If you want to check things before they go out, add a Request approval node before the step that sends something out.
  • Change the per-run budget cap ($1) under Settings; with an economy model you can lower the cap too.
  • Before activating it, test the workflow with Test run; the run panel shows every step's input and output.
