Use cases
AI social media content creation and post scheduling
In OrqLabs, AI social media content creation is an end-to-end workflow: the Content Creator writes posts that follow each platform's rules, your brand voice and your strategy document; you approve them, and the Social Publisher schedules them at the best time based on past engagement.
The challenge
Every platform speaks its own language
280 characters on X, the first 210 characters before “see more” on LinkedIn, mandatory media on Instagram… Copying the same text everywhere strains each platform's rules and drags down engagement.
The calendar doesn't hold up
Coming up with ideas, writing, preparing visuals and scheduling to several accounts every day eats most of the week – and in busy weeks the posting rhythm is the first thing to slip.
Performance data never reaches the content
What worked – which topic, format and time slot – stays in separate dashboards, and next week's posts are written without it.
Unchecked auto-posting
A post published without review can be off-brand or contain a wrong claim, and noticing it after it's live is too late.
How OrqLabs handles it
Platform-native drafts
Before writing, the Content Creator reads your recent posts and their performance on each platform and avoids repeating a recent angle. Every post gets a hook, one clear idea, a call to action, hashtags within limits and, if requested, an image prompt; drafts that break a character or hashtag limit are not saved.
Brand voice and strategy document
Every agent run receives your project's brand voice (tone, words to avoid, example phrases) and the current strategy document (content pillars, topic weights, channels, best times). When the strategy is updated, the next posts follow the new mix.
Image generation
The Generate image step turns the Content Creator's image prompt into an image with OpenAI Images. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest require media; for TikTok and YouTube you supply the video yourself.
Approval before publishing
Drafts are saved on the Content page as “pending approval” and you get a notification. In the template's Request approval step you edit the text and approve; rejected posts are reported to the team, and by default a request left undecided for 72 hours is rejected.
Scheduled at the best time
The Social Publisher doesn't write content. With Approve before publishing on, it only takes approved posts and picks the best slot from each platform's past engagement. It never schedules two posts on the same platform within 3 hours or more than 3 a day, and skips a post – with the reason – if media is missing or the text is over the limit.
Example flow
A Schedule trigger starts the workflow every weekday at 08:00 (Europe/Istanbul).
The Content Creator writes one post plus an image prompt each for X, LinkedIn and Instagram, following your content pillars.
Generate image creates the visual for each post.
Request approval brings every post to the Approvals page, where you edit, approve or reject it.
The Social Publisher schedules approved posts at each platform's best time; Notify team runs for rejected ones.
The weekly analytics review reads how these posts performed and proposes changes to topic weights and posting times.
Things to keep in mind
Platform constraints
Instagram requires a professional account and media on every post; Stories are not supported. TikTok only accepts video, and until the platform's TikTok app passes TikTok's audit, uploads are visible only to you (SELF_ONLY). Posting to a LinkedIn company page requires the platform's Community Management API app; otherwise posts go to your personal profile.
Budget
The template's per-run budget is USD 3, and every agent step has its own budget cap on top. Every AI call is metered in US dollars, so review the budget as you add platforms and posts.

Frequently asked questions
Will posts go out without my approval?
Not with the ready-made template: every post lands on the Approvals page first. The Social Publisher's Approve before publishing setting is on by default, so it only schedules approved posts – you can switch it off.
Which platforms does the post scheduling automation support?
X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. Instagram Stories aren't supported; TikTok needs a video, and before the app audit uploads are visible only to you.
Does the AI create the images too?
The Content Creator writes an image prompt for each post, and the Generate image step turns it into an image with OpenAI Images. For video platforms you provide the video yourself.
Which language are posts written in?
Your project's default language, falling back to Turkish. Ask for another language in the brief and the posts are written in it.
How are posting times chosen?
From the best times found in your recent post performance on each platform. Without enough data it falls back to default weekday slots such as 09:00, 12:30 and 18:00.
