UTM-tagged link post
Enter the link of the page you want to share: it is tagged with campaign parameters (UTM), the Content Creator writes a post for each platform and, after your approval, the posts are scheduled for the best time. GA4 then shows which post brought the traffic.

What this template does
This Social template has 5 steps and is copied into your own project in one click; you then change the copy in the editor as you like. The AI agents doing the work: Content Creator and Social Publisher.
Accounts you need to connect: LinkedIn and Facebook Page. It includes an approval step (Request approval): the run waits there and nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps. The budget cap is $1.5 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run.
When it runs
The workflow starts when you press Run in the app – a one-off run whenever you need it.
How it works

- 04
Request approval
Asks for your approval on the Approvals page before continuing; e.g. to check a post's text before it is published.
- if approved → Social Publisher
Schedules and publishes approved content at the best times.
How to customise it
- Adjust the task text and inputs of the agent nodes to your brand and goal.
- Keep the approval step on for the first weeks; once you trust the output you can remove it or only send borderline items to approval.
- Change the per-run budget cap ($1.5) under Settings; with an economy model you can lower the cap too.
- Before activating it, test the workflow with Test run; the run panel shows every step's input and output.

Frequently asked questions
Which social media accounts does it work with?
With the accounts connected to your project. The template is set up for LinkedIn and Facebook Page; you can change the platform list in the editor to match your connected accounts.
Will anything go out without my approval?
No. The run waits at the Request approval step and the items appear on the Approvals page; nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps.
How much does a run cost?
The template comes with a budget cap of $1.5 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run. The real cost depends on the model you choose and the number of items; you change the cap under Settings.
Can I use the template before connecting the accounts?
Yes. The workflow is still created; the affected node shows a warning during validation, and the warning disappears once you connect the account.
