What it does in OrqLabs
Lead enrichment with Apollo fills in the gaps when all you have is a company website and a person's name. OrqLabs uses Apollo's people match and organization enrichment endpoints: a name plus domain returns a work email, job title and LinkedIn profile; a domain returns the company name, description, industry, estimated headcount, location, founding year and technologies.
Apollo's email status becomes a confidence score: verified addresses get 95, guessed ones 50. An If node can then pass only reliable addresses to the Outreach Agent. Personal emails and phone numbers are never requested.
The key is organization-wide and credits come from your Apollo account. If Hunter is connected too, Hunter is the default; to use Apollo, select it in the Enrich lead node or in an agent's Accounts it may use field.

Bulk lead enrichment
Pull leads in a given status with Find leads and select Apollo in the Enrich lead node; each item gets an email, confidence score, position and company details.
Profile check before scoring
Use the industry and headcount fields in an If node to drop companies outside your ideal customer profile, then send the rest to the Lead Qualifier.
Outreach on reliable addresses
Send verified addresses (confidence 95) straight to the Outreach Agent and route guessed ones to a second check.
Enriched leads into your CRM
Push enriched leads to HubSpot with the Sync to CRM / Sheet node; an existing contact with the same email is updated.

Finds email, company size and social profiles from a website or full name (Hunter/Apollo), e.g. to fill in leads missing an email.
Setup at a glance
In Apollo, create a key named
orqlabsunder Settings → API Keys → Create New Key.Leave master key off and tick the People Enrichment (Match) and Organization Enrichment endpoints.
Copy the key and paste it into the API key field under Integrations → Apollo.io → Connect in OrqLabs.
Test connection checks that the key is valid without using enrichment credits.
Select Apollo as the connected account in an Enrich lead node and try it on a single lead.
Requirements
- An Apollo plan with API access; API access on Apollo's free plan is very limited.
- An API key created in Apollo; a master key isn't needed, people and organization enrichment permissions are enough.
- Enough Apollo credits for enrichment.
- Owner or Admin role in OrqLabs.

- If Apollo has no email for a person, the address comes back empty; try Hunter for those leads in a second Enrich lead node.
- Phone numbers and personal emails are not requested; only work email and profile fields are written.
- Rate and credit limits depend on your Apollo plan; split large lists into batches with a Loop node.

Does it work with a free Apollo account?
API access on Apollo's free plan is very limited. For regular enrichment you need a paid plan that includes API access.
Should I use Apollo instead of Hunter or alongside it?
Alongside. Apollo gives richer person and company profiles, Hunter is strong at finding emails from a domain, and you choose which one runs in each Enrich lead node.
What does the confidence score mean?
It comes from Apollo's email status: verified addresses get 95, guessed ones 50. Set low-confidence addresses aside before sending.
Can I use Apollo data for outreach?
Apollo data is B2B contact data. You can rely on legitimate interest, but your first message should state the data source and the right to opt out.
