HubSpot CRM integration: sync your leads to HubSpot
Send the leads OrqLabs finds, scores and contacts to HubSpot CRM. You connect with a private app token, and the **Sync to CRM / Sheet** node updates the contact with a matching email or creates a new one.

What it does in OrqLabs
The HubSpot CRM integration brings your OrqLabs lead pipeline to where your sales team works. The Lead Researcher finds leads, the Lead Qualifier scores them, the Outreach Agent gets in touch, and the Sync to CRM / Sheet node writes the result to HubSpot Contacts.
Lead sync is keyed on email: if HubSpot already has a contact with the same address, its properties are updated; otherwise a new contact is created. In the field mapping, the left side is the HubSpot property's internal name (firstname, email, hs_lead_status…) and the right side an OrqLabs expression ({{ $json.email }}); for score or source, use custom properties you've created in HubSpot.
Sync is one-way (OrqLabs → HubSpot); changes made in HubSpot don't flow back. The token is organization-wide, and if you run several HubSpot accounts (portals), you add a separate integration for each.
What you can automate
Push qualified leads instantly
Point a Platform event trigger at the “lead qualified” event and add a Sync to CRM / Sheet node set to HubSpot; every lead that passes your score threshold lands in your sales team's HubSpot list.
Weekly bulk sync
In a scheduled workflow, pull Qualified and Contacted leads with Find leads and push them to HubSpot; existing contacts are updated instead of duplicated.
Status and score for sales
Map the lead status to a standard property such as
hs_lead_statusand the OrqLabs score to a custom property, so your sales team can prioritize inside HubSpot.Finish the lead template in your CRM
Add a Sync to CRM / Sheet node at the end of the lead research → qualify → outreach template to move the leads you approve into HubSpot.
Nodes that use this integration
In the workflow editor these nodes run with your HubSpot CRM account.
Sync to CRM / Sheet
Pushes leads to HubSpot, Google Sheets, Notion or your own system, e.g. adding qualified leads to your sales team's spreadsheet.
Setup at a glance
In HubSpot, create an app named
OrqLabsunder Settings → Integrations → Private Apps → Create a private app.On the Scopes tab, tick the contact (and optionally company) read and write scopes, then create the app.
Copy the access token (
pat-…) from Auth → Show token. In OrqLabs, open Integrations → HubSpot CRM → Connect and paste it into Private app access token.
Test connection returns your portal details; then select HubSpot in a Sync to CRM / Sheet node and set up the field mapping.
Run the workflow with a single lead and check the record in HubSpot Contacts.
Requirements
- A HubSpot account; the free HubSpot CRM is enough.
- The Super admin role in HubSpot to create a private app.
- Private app scopes:
crm.objects.contacts.readandcrm.objects.contacts.write, pluscrm.objects.companies.readand.writefor company records. - Any custom properties used in the mapping must already exist in HubSpot.
What you enter when connecting
- Private app access token *
Good to know
- Sync is one-way; updates made in HubSpot are not written back to OrqLabs.
- Because matching is by email, leads without an email can't be written and the node fails; separate them first with a Filter node.
- Records go to the Contacts object; no deals or tasks are created.
- The mapping needs each property's internal name, not its label; a property that doesn't exist in HubSpot causes an error.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with a free HubSpot account?
Yes. Private apps and Contacts access are available on the free HubSpot CRM; creating a private app requires the Super admin role.
Do changes in HubSpot sync back to OrqLabs?
No. Sync is one-way, from OrqLabs to HubSpot.
Will the same person be created twice?
Not if the email matches: the existing contact is found and updated. That lookup needs the crm.objects.contacts.read scope.
I have several HubSpot portals. What should I do?
Create a private app per portal and a separate HubSpot integration for each in OrqLabs, then choose the target account in the Sync to CRM / Sheet node.
