Zoom integration: webinar registrations and post-meeting automation
Connect your Zoom account so leads who fill in a form are registered to your webinar automatically, and new registrations or ended meetings start workflows that sync the CRM, send a follow-up or open a task.

What it does in OrqLabs
The Zoom integration adds a Zoom node to workflows: Register to webinar registers a person to your webinar and Zoom emails them the join link; List webinars returns the id, topic and start time of your scheduled webinars. You connect by signing in with Zoom – no passwords or keys to paste.
The Integration event trigger offers two Zoom events: New webinar registrant (with the registrant's email, name, company and join link) and Meeting ended (topic, duration, start and end). Events reach the platform's Zoom app signed and are routed to your connection by your Zoom account id, so there is no webhook URL to set up. Even if the same registration is delivered twice, the workflow starts once.
What you can automate
From form to webinar
A form submission creates a lead, the Zoom node registers them to the webinar and a confirmation email goes out.
Registrants into the CRM
The New webinar registrant trigger creates the lead with a
webinartag and the Sync to CRM node pushes it to Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot.Follow-up after the meeting
The Meeting ended trigger drafts a follow-up email or opens a task in Salesforce.

Good to know
- Registration only works for webinars with registration turned on; regular meetings don't take registrants.
- Zoom events arrive through the platform's Zoom app; until the app passes Zoom Marketplace review, only users in the platform's own Zoom account can connect.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to enter a webhook URL?
No. Zoom events go to the platform's Zoom app and are forwarded to your connection by your account id; there's nothing to configure in Zoom.
Does the registrant get a join link?
Yes. After Register to webinar, Zoom emails the join link according to the webinar's registration settings; the link is also in the node's output.
Can I use it without a webinar licence?
The Meeting ended trigger works without one. Webinar actions and the new registrant trigger need a Zoom Webinars licence.
