What it does in OrqLabs

Through the Cal.com API v2, OrqLabs creates a single webhook for BOOKING_CREATED, BOOKING_RESCHEDULED and BOOKING_CANCELLED and checks each delivery against x-cal-signature-256. The event you pick in the Integration event trigger arrives with the attendee's name, email and phone, event type, start and end time, video call link, booking-form answers, cancel reason and reschedule / cancel links. Rescheduled bookings also carry the previous booking's ID and time.

The Cal.com node lists your event types and reads your bookings by status, attendee email and start date. A digest of tomorrow's meetings or a look at a customer's past bookings takes a single step.

What you can automate

  • Lead and agenda on new bookings

The attendee is saved through Create / upsert lead and AI turns the additional notes into a meeting agenda for your team.

  • Reschedule and cancellation alerts

Your team hears about reschedules and cancellations right away, and people who cancel get an email suggesting a new time.

  • Daily booking digest

A scheduled workflow reads upcoming bookings with List bookings, writes a short summary and sends it to your team.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to add the webhook in Cal.com myself?

No. OrqLabs creates the webhook with your API key and signs it with a secret. Delete the connection and the webhook is removed from Cal.com too.

What comes through for a rescheduled booking?

The new time, the previous booking's ID (previousBookingId), the previous start time and the reschedule reason when given.

Do answers to custom booking questions come through?

Yes. All answers arrive in answers under the question label; built-in fields such as name, email and notes get readable names.
