What it does in OrqLabs
When you connect, OrqLabs creates a signed webhook subscription for your user covering invitee.created and invitee.canceled, and checks every delivery against the Calendly-Webhook-Signature. A workflow with the Integration event trigger set to CALENDLY · New booking or CALENDLY · Booking canceled receives the invitee's name, email and phone, the event type, start and end time, time zone, booking-question answers, the cancel reason and reschedule / cancel links. Calendly webhooks require a paid plan (Standard or higher).
The Calendly node lists your event types and creates a single-use booking link for the one you choose. That's especially handy in chatbots: a customer asking for an appointment on WhatsApp or Instagram gets a personal link that expires after one booking.
What you can automate
Booking links in chat
When a message shows booking intent, Create single-use booking link makes a personal link and Send message posts it in the chat.
Lead and prep on new bookings
The invitee is saved through Create / upsert lead, and AI writes a meeting prep note from the booking answers for your team.
Win back cancellations
When an invitee cancels and the meeting wasn't rescheduled, an email offering a new time goes out.
Campaign attribution
UTM parameters on your booking link arrive in the
utmfield, so you can report which campaign brought the meeting.
Nodes that use this integration
In the workflow editor these nodes run with your Calendly account.

Setup at a glance
In Calendly, create a token under Integrations & apps → API and webhooks → Personal access tokens.
In OrqLabs, open Integrations → Calendly → Connect, choose the project and paste the token.
OrqLabs creates the webhook subscription itself; if your plan doesn't allow it, the card shows a clear warning.

Good to know
- Calendly webhooks are only available on Standard and higher paid plans.
- The subscription is user-scoped: meetings of the user who created the token come through, not those of other team members.
- A reschedule produces two events: a cancellation for the old time and a new booking for the new one.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use it on the free Calendly plan?
The node works: you can list event types and create single-use booking links. The new and canceled booking triggers need Calendly webhooks, which require Standard or higher.
What is a single-use booking link?
A booking link for the event type you choose that stops working after one booking. It lets you send a personal invitation without sharing your public scheduling page.
Do the booking-question answers come through?
Yes. Every question on your booking form arrives in answers under its text; a phone question and the SMS reminder number are also written to phone.
How do I tell rescheduled meetings apart?
The cancellation event has rescheduled set to true, and the new time arrives as a separate booking. Check this field in win-back flows.
