Required integrations

Messages it sends

Informational messages

Sends order, shipping, appointment or payment updates; no İYS consent is needed, but the text must not contain offers or promotion.

Budget cap: At most $0.3 per run

What this template does

This Booking & local business template has 8 steps and is copied into your own project in one click; you then change the copy in the editor as you like. Who it's for: hotels & hospitality.

Accounts you need to connect: Email (SMTP). It includes an approval step (Request approval): the run waits there and nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps. The budget cap is $0.3 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run.

When it runs

The workflow starts when another system (your site, store or CRM) sends a request to the workflow's own webhook URL.

How it works

The nodes in run order. You can edit every node in the editor and add your own.
  1. 01

    Webhook

Gives you a private address so another system (a site form, your online shop) can start this workflow; e.g. on every new order.

  2. 02

    Filter

Lets through only items that meet a condition and drops the rest; e.g. continue only with leads that have an email.

  3. 03

    Remove duplicates

Drops items you've already handled; e.g. so the same news article or comment isn't processed twice.

  4. 04

    Set fields

Adds, renames or calculates fields on the items; e.g. to cut a text to 270 characters and add a UTM-tagged link.

  5. 05

    Wait

Pauses the workflow for a while, until a date, or until an approval or reply arrives; e.g. to send a reminder 3 days later.

  6. 06

    Generate text

Has the AI write text from your instructions in a single step, e.g. a short reply draft for every new comment.

  7. 07

    Request approval

Asks for your approval on the Approvals page before continuing; e.g. to check a post's text before it is published.

    • if approved → Send email
  8. 08

    Send email

Sends an email to one person from your connected account (SMTP or Resend), e.g. a thank-you email to someone who filled in your form.

How to customise it

  • Fill in the gunOnce, girisSaati, cikisSaati, ulasim and oneriler variables under Settings → Variables for your business; the template ships with placeholder values.
  • Keep the approval step on for the first weeks; once you trust the output you can remove it or only send borderline items to approval.
  • Change the per-run budget cap ($0.3) under Settings; with an economy model you can lower the cap too.
  • Before activating it, test the workflow with Test run; the run panel shows every step's input and output.

Frequently asked questions

Which booking tools does it work with?

You can take booking events from Calendly, Cal.com and Google Calendar: pick the trigger's account and event, then check the field names in the next nodes.

Do these messages need İYS consent?

No. Informational messages such as order, shipping, appointment or payment updates are not commercial messages and need no consent. If you add an offer, a discount code or promotion to the text, it becomes a commercial message and needs İYS consent.

Will anything go out without my approval?

No. The run waits at the Request approval step and the items appear on the Approvals page; nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps.

How much does a run cost?

The template comes with a budget cap of $0.3 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run. The real cost depends on the model you choose and the number of items; you change the cap under Settings.

Can I use the template before connecting the accounts?

Yes. The workflow is still created; the affected node shows a warning during validation, and the warning disappears once you connect the account.
