AI email writer for on-brand sequences and newsletters
Email & Newsletter Writer turns a goal into a sequence of 1–7 e-mails or a single newsletter issue: send day, subject line and variants, preview text, plain-text and HTML body, one call to action and an unsubscribe line.

What the agent does
Before writing, the agent searches your knowledge base for products, prices and shipping or return terms, and reads a product page if you name one in the task. Your project's brand voice, the positioning and audience messaging in your strategy document are added to every run; in a workflow it also uses the customer or cart data from the previous step.
Every goal has a ready structure: a welcome series on days 0, 2 and 5; an abandoned-cart series with a reminder without discount, then shipping and return reassurance and a short last reminder; a win-back series whose last e-mail asks about the subscription. The agent never promises a discount, code or deadline you did not enter, and shows an old price only if it was the lowest of the 10 days before the discount.
Every e-mail ends with an unsubscribe line, and the platform adds it when it is missing. In a workflow each e-mail flows as its own item with the subject, text and HTML fields that Send email and Send newsletter expect. Check them with Compliance Checker before sending.
Inputs / Outputs
Inputs
- E-mail goalrequired
- Welcome, win-back, abandoned cart, newsletter, launch or nurture. The goal sets structure and send days; an abandoned-cart series, for example, is three e-mails on days 0, 1 and 3.
- Who is it for?
- Describe the recipients in one sentence: “Subscribers from the last 7 days who have not ordered”. Left empty, your project's target audience is used.
- Number of e-mails
- E-mails in the sequence, 1–7. Left empty, the goal decides: welcome 3, nurture 5, newsletter 1.
- Language
- Two-letter language code:
tr(default),en,de. - Tone
- Warm (default), professional, playful or direct. Your brand voice is read from the project settings anyway.
- Offer
- The discount, code, free shipping or gift you really give, with rate, code and end date. Left empty, the e-mails contain no incentive at all.
- Subject-line variants
- When on (default), every e-mail gets 2–3 alternative subject lines, so an A/B test shows which one is opened more.
Outputs
- sequence
- The e-mails of the sequence: position, send day, subject line and variants, preview text, plain-text and HTML body and the call to action. In a workflow each e-mail is its own item;
{{ $json.subject }},{{ $json.text }}and{{ $json.html }}work directly. - unsubscribeLine
- One sentence telling readers how to stop these e-mails. It closes every e-mail, and the platform adds it when it is missing.
- complianceNotes
- What to check before sending: the offer used, İYS consent, deadlines and links, and facts left out because they could not be verified.
Saves a report to the Reports page on every run: E-mail sequence.

Example tasks
- “Write a 3-e-mail welcome series for our new newsletter subscribers. Introduce our 3 best-selling coffees in the first one, no discount.”
- “Write 3 e-mails for people who left items in their cart: a friendly reminder first, then shipping and return terms, the code HOSGELDIN10 in the last one.”
- “Prepare the October newsletter: lead story on our new-harvest Ethiopian beans, plus one brewing tip and our weekend workshop.”
- “Write a 3-e-mail win-back series for customers with no order in 90 days; in the last one, ask whether they want to keep receiving the newsletter.”
Tips for good results
- Write the offer exactly or leave it empty: the agent never promises a discount you did not give.
- Add shipping, return and payment terms to your knowledge base; abandoned-cart e-mails rely on them most.
- Put an Approval step between the agent and the sending step, and read every e-mail during the first weeks.
- Send commercial e-mails only to recipients who opted in; recipients in Turkey need İYS consent.
Model advice

Economy model
Claude Haiku 4.5
Per 1M tokens: $1 input · $5 output
The default balanced model is a good fit for sequences where brand voice and subject lines matter most. For short single-issue newsletters or reminders that follow a familiar pattern, the economy model is usually enough. Medium thinking effort is generally sufficient.
Frequently asked questions
Does it send the e-mails itself?
No, the agent only writes. To send, connect it to Send email or Send newsletter in a workflow; an Approval step in between is recommended.
Can it write a discount I didn't give?
No. It only uses the offer from the offer field, your knowledge base or the previous step; without one it writes e-mails without incentives, and the report flags any discount wording that slips in.
Where does the unsubscribe link come from?
The agent ends every e-mail with an unsubscribe line. When you send a newsletter, the platform also adds a one-click unsubscribe link.
Which e-mail services does it work with?
Gmail, Outlook, SMTP or Resend via the Send email step; Brevo, Mailchimp, Kit, beehiiv, Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign via the Send newsletter step.
