Create a campaign plan: from one goal to a week-by-week multi-channel plan
Campaign Planner combines your goal with your strategy document and analytics to build an executable multi-channel campaign plan, assigns each week's work to an agent or a person on your team, and opens the campaign record as a draft.

What the agent does
Before creating a campaign plan, the agent reads your strategy document (pillars, channels, segments, KPI targets) and the last 90 days of analytics; it uses web search only to check seasonal moments, events and competitor campaigns relevant to the goal. It then makes the goal measurable and defines the primary audience segment and its trigger, the offer and three messaging pillars.
The channel mix only uses channels your project already runs or that you select; it adds phases adapted to the duration (teaser, launch, nurture, close) and, if you give a budget, an allocation per channel. The calendar is weekly and per channel, and every activity has an owner: an agent (Content Creator, Social Publisher, Outreach Agent, AI Chatbot, Community Manager, Analytics Strategist) or a “human”. It also sets 3–6 KPIs with numeric targets and how each is measured.
The plan is opened as a draft campaign record on the Campaigns page and mapped to the built-in workflow templates: the agent recommends which templates should run it and which variables to fill in. Launching the campaign and activating workflows is always your decision. Running Analytics Strategist first gives it an up-to-date strategy to work from.
Inputs / Outputs
Inputs
- Campaign goalrequired
- State what you want to achieve with a number and a date. Example: “Grow online orders 30% in December” or “150 course sign-ups in 3 weeks”.
- Budget (optional)
- Your ad and production budget as free text, for example “$5,000 ads + $1,000 content shoot”. The agent splits it across channels; AI usage cost is not part of this amount.
- Duration (weeks)
- How many weeks the campaign runs (default 4). Use 1–2 for an opening or a short sale, longer for seasonal campaigns.
- Channels
- Choose from X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram and email. Left empty, the agent picks from the channels in your strategy document.
Outputs
- plan
- The campaign plan: name, measurable goal, audience, channels, messaging pillars, offer, duration, budget, phases (week range, goal and activities) and the id of the campaign record it opened.
- calendar
- Weekly calendar: week, channel, activity, owner (agent or human) and notes.
- kpis
- 3–6 KPIs: metric, target value and how it is measured (GA4, a social metric or lead status).
- workflows
- Workflow templates to run the plan: template, purpose, suggested name and the variables to fill in, plus the workflow id if one was created.
Saves a report to the Reports page on every run: Campaign plan.

Integrations it uses
Example tasks
- “Plan an online order campaign for December; the goal is 30% more orders. Use Instagram, WhatsApp and email, and write the 3-email sequence too.”
- “Plan a 2-week local campaign for opening our new branch; focus on Instagram and TikTok with a $2,000 budget. Suggest an opening-day offer.”
- “Plan a 3-week sign-up campaign for our online course with a target of 150 sign-ups. Use LinkedIn and email.”
- “Plan our New Year campaign based on last campaign's results; drop the channels that didn't work.”
Tips for good results
- Give the goal a number and a date; the agent builds KPIs and the calendar around it.
- State your limits: budget, channels you won't use, stock levels and dates to avoid.
- Run Analytics Strategist first; an up-to-date strategy and KPI targets keep the plan realistic.
- Pin brand calendar rules (blackout dates, start day) in the saved agent's Additional instructions.
Model advice

Per 1M tokens: $2 input · $10 output
It runs once or twice per campaign and its plan steers the whole team, so its default model is flagship tier, which balances many constraints in one plan most consistently. For short, single-channel campaigns or ones you have run before, the balanced model listed as its economy option is enough.
Frequently asked questions
Does it launch the campaign itself?
No. The campaign record is opened as a draft; setting up, activating and launching workflows is your decision.
Where is the plan saved?
The campaign record goes to the Campaigns page, and the full plan lands on the Reports page as a campaign plan report.
What should I put in the budget field?
Your ad and content production budget as free text. AI usage cost is separate from this amount.
What if I don't like the plan?
The plan is only a proposal. Sharpen the goal and constraints and run it again, or edit the draft campaign record on the Campaigns page.
