What it does in OrqLabs
The Notion integration puts what your agents produce where your team plans its work. Select Notion and a target database in a Sync to CRM / Sheet node, and every incoming item becomes a Notion page; each mapping key is written to the database property with the same name.
Values are converted to the property type: title, text, email, phone, URL, number, checkbox, select, status, multi-select and date are supported. If the database has an email property, OrqLabs first looks for a page with that email and updates it, otherwise it creates a new page. When no title is mapped, the name, email or company is used as the title.
Notion integrations only see pages that are explicitly shared with them, so connect the target database to your OrqLabs integration from Notion's Connections menu. The token is organization-wide.
What you can automate
Notion content calendar
Add the post drafts written by the Content Creator node to your Notion content calendar with Sync to CRM / Sheet; map the platform to a select property and the copy to a text property.
Weekly report archive
Save the Report Writer's or Analytics Strategist's summary as a page in a weekly report database to keep past weeks in one place.
A lightweight CRM
Write qualified leads to a Notion database with an email property; a lead arriving with the same email updates the existing page instead of adding a row.
SEO content briefs
Send the content briefs produced by the SEO & Traffic Growth agent to an editorial database and hand your writers a ready task list.
Nodes that use this integration
In the workflow editor these nodes run with your Notion account.
Sync to CRM / Sheet
Pushes leads to HubSpot, Google Sheets, Notion or your own system, e.g. adding qualified leads to your sales team's spreadsheet.
Setup at a glance
At notion.so/profile/integrations, create an Internal integration named
OrqLabswith New integration.Turn on the three content capabilities and copy the Internal Integration Secret (
ntn_…).In the target database, add your integration via ⋯ → Connections.
Note the 32-character ID that comes before
?v=in the database URL.In OrqLabs, enter the token under Integrations → Notion → Connect; in a Sync to CRM / Sheet node, put the database ID in Target and property names in the mapping.
Requirements
- A Notion workspace and permission to create integrations; the free Notion plan is enough.
- An internal integration with the Read content, Update content and Insert content capabilities.
- The target database shared with that integration, and its 32-character database ID.
- Owner or Admin role in OrqLabs.

Good to know
- Relation, people, files, formula and rollup properties can't be written.
- Text values are cut at 2,000 characters; use a summary field for long reports.
- The Notion API accepts about 3 requests per second on average and each item is one request, so large lists take a while.
- If you run into issues with newer databases that have multiple data sources, use a single-source database.
Frequently asked questions
Is the free Notion plan enough?
Yes. Creating an internal integration and writing to a database works on the free plan.
Can the integration see my whole workspace?
No. Notion integrations only see the pages you explicitly connect via the Connections menu, plus their subpages.
Are existing rows updated?
If the database has an email property, yes: the page with the same email is updated. Without one, every item is added as a new page.
Why do I get “Could not find database”?
The database isn't shared with the integration or the ID was copied wrong. Add the OrqLabs integration under Connections and use the ID before ?v= in the URL.
