Creator · 9 steps

Blog post and social posts from a podcast / YouTube episode

Enter the link of the episode's audio / video file or of a video on your connected YouTube channel: the talk is transcribed and a Studio content pack (blog draft, LinkedIn and Instagram posts) is generated. After your approval the article is added to WordPress as a draft and the Social Publisher schedules the posts at the best times.

Messages it sends

Internal only

Sends nothing to customers; it only notifies you and your team, so İYS consent rules don't apply.

Budget cap: At most $4 per run

What this template does

This Creator template has 9 steps and is copied into your own project in one click; you then change the copy in the editor as you like. The AI agent doing the work: Social Publisher. Who it's for: education, B2B sales, agencies, creators and general.

Accounts you need to connect: WordPress, LinkedIn and Instagram Business. It includes an approval step (Request approval): the run waits there and nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps. The budget cap is $4 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run.

When it runs

The workflow starts when you press Run in the app – a one-off run whenever you need it.

How it works

The nodes in run order. You can edit every node in the editor and add your own.
  1. 01

    Manual start

Starts the workflow when you press Run in the panel; e.g. to produce a campaign text whenever you need it.

  2. 02

    Transcribe audio

Turns the speech in a podcast or video file into timestamped text; for videos on your connected YouTube channel it uses the captions. E.g. before writing a blog post from an episode. Billed per minute; test runs return sample text.

  3. 03

    Create content pack

Builds the Studio content pack from a transcript: blog draft, posts per platform, X thread, newsletter and timestamped Shorts / Reels ideas. E.g. to turn a podcast episode into a week of content. Counts toward the monthly content-pack limit.

  4. 04

    Request approval

Asks for your approval on the Approvals page before continuing; e.g. to check a post's text before it is published.

  5. 05

    WordPress · Create post

WordPress: Create a blog post (Draft by default) with categories, tags and a featured image.

  6. 06

    Code (JavaScript)

Runs JavaScript over the items; e.g. sorting, grouping or totals. Requires coding skills.

  7. 07

    Generate image

Creates an image from a written description and attaches it for the next step, e.g. a cover image for every Instagram post.

  8. 08

    Schedule post

Saves the post to your Content calendar and publishes it at the time you set, e.g. preparing the week's posts on Monday and spreading them out.

How to customise it

  • Adjust the task text and inputs of the agent nodes to your brand and goal.
  • Keep the approval step on for the first weeks; once you trust the output you can remove it or only send borderline items to approval.
  • Change the per-run budget cap ($4) under Settings; with an economy model you can lower the cap too.
  • Before activating it, test the workflow with Test run; the run panel shows every step's input and output.

What else is there for creators?

Content packs from a video, YouTube title and description ideas, comment-to-DM automation, brand deals and a media kit are covered on the Creators page.

Does it send messages to my customers?

No. This template only notifies you and your team; it sends nothing to customers, so İYS rules don't apply.

Will anything go out without my approval?

No. The run waits at the Request approval step and the items appear on the Approvals page; nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps.

The template comes with a budget cap of $4 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run. The real cost depends on the model you choose and the number of items; you change the cap under Settings.

Yes. The workflow is still created; the affected node shows a warning during validation, and the warning disappears once you connect the account.
