Booking & local business · 9 steps

Instant reply draft for new Google reviews

As soon as a new review lands on your Google Business Profile, the Reputation Manager drafts a short reply in your brand voice. Replies to 1–3 star reviews are never published automatically – they wait for your approval and you get an e-mail; 4–5 star replies are posted on Google after your approval too.

What this template does

This Booking & local business template has 9 steps and is copied into your own project in one click; you then change the copy in the editor as you like. The AI agent doing the work: Reputation Manager. Who it's for: local businesses, restaurants & cafés, beauty & wellness, sports & fitness, health and hotels & hospitality.

Accounts you need to connect: Google Business Profile. It includes an approval step (Request approval): the run waits there and nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps. The budget cap is $0.6 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run.

When it runs

The workflow starts when New review happens in your Google Business Profile account. OrqLabs checks your Google Business Profile account for new events every 5 minutes. Only events that meet the template's condition start the workflow; you can change the condition in the panel.

How to customise it

  • Adjust the task text and inputs of the agent nodes to your brand and goal.
  • Keep the approval step on for the first weeks; once you trust the output you can remove it or only send borderline items to approval.
  • Change the per-run budget cap ($0.6) under Settings; with an economy model you can lower the cap too.
  • Before activating it, test the workflow with Test run; the run panel shows every step's input and output.

Frequently asked questions

Which booking tools does it work with?

You can take booking events from Calendly, Cal.com and Google Calendar: pick the trigger's account and event, then check the field names in the next nodes.

Do these messages need İYS consent?

No. Informational messages such as order, shipping, appointment or payment updates are not commercial messages and need no consent. If you add an offer, a discount code or promotion to the text, it becomes a commercial message and needs İYS consent.

Will anything go out without my approval?

No. The run waits at the Request approval step and the items appear on the Approvals page; nothing you haven't approved moves on to the next steps.

How much does a run cost?

The template comes with a budget cap of $0.6 per run; when the cap is reached, the remaining steps don't run. The real cost depends on the model you choose and the number of items; you change the cap under Settings.

Can I use the template before connecting the accounts?

Yes. The workflow is still created; the affected node shows a warning during validation, and the warning disappears once you connect the account.
