What it does in OrqLabs
OrqLabs connects to Reddit through the official Data API and the OAuth consent screen (identity, read, submit). The New mention event of the Integration event trigger searches all of Reddit every 5 minutes for up to 10 keywords stored on the integration and starts one run per new post – the same post never arrives twice.
The Reddit node offers two operations: Search posts searches all of Reddit or one subreddit with Reddit's search syntax; Submit post publishes a text or link post to a community under the connected account. Submitting is public: community rules often restrict self-promotion, so we recommend an approval step in front of it.

Where do I change the keywords?
In the Keywords to watch field of the Reddit connection's detail panel on the Integrations page. Separate them with commas; phrases with spaces are matched exactly.
Does it reply to mentions automatically?
No, OrqLabs does not comment on Reddit. You can have a reply drafted and sent to your team; publishing only happens as a new post via Submit post.
How often is Reddit checked?
