YouTube integration: video upload automation and comment replies
OrqLabs brings YouTube uploads into your workflows: the Content Creator writes the title, description and a script outline, and you supply the video. The Community Manager answers channel comments, and views, likes and comments flow into your reports.

What it does in OrqLabs
YouTube upload automation works through the channel you connect with Google's consent screen. During authorization you pick the channel owner's Google account or the Brand Account, then choose the channel. During the upload the video is fetched from its public URL; titles can be up to 100 characters, descriptions up to 5,000, and the draft's hashtags are added as tags.
When the upload finishes, the video URL is saved to the content record and YouTube then processes the video on its side. Scheduled uploads wait in the OrqLabs publishing queue and go out on time after approval. The Content Creator prepares the title, description and a script outline; you supply the file.
On the comment side, the Get comments & mentions node collects new comments and replies on your channel and the Reply to comment node answers as the channel. The Community Manager answers questions from your knowledge base and routes complaints to the Inbox. Views, likes and comments for your videos flow into your reports.
What you can automate
Titles, descriptions and scripts
The Content Creator prepares a YouTube title of up to 100 characters, a description and a video script outline (hook, beats, on-screen text, call to action); you shoot the video from that outline.
Video upload automation
Once the video URL is ready, the Publish post node uploads it; with a fixed time, the Schedule post node or the Social Publisher queues the upload.
YouTube comment replies
A Get comments & mentions → Community Manager chain classifies new comments and drafts replies; with auto-reply off, replies wait on the Approvals page.
Channel performance report
The Get post metrics node reads views, likes and comments for recent videos; the Report Writer adds them to a weekly report.

Good to know
- The YouTube Data API runs on a daily quota: 10,000 units per Google Cloud project by default, with each video upload costing 1,600 units. That allows about 6 uploads a day on the default quota.
- Videos uploaded from apps that have not completed Google verification and YouTube's API compliance audit are locked as private by YouTube and cannot be made public.
- Only video uploads are supported; OrqLabs does not produce videos, so you supply the file.

Frequently asked questions
How many videos can I upload per day?
The default quota is 10,000 units a day and one upload costs 1,600 units, so together with other calls about 6 uploads a day fit. The quota resets daily.
Why did my uploaded video stay private?
If the app has not passed Google verification and YouTube's API audit, YouTube locks uploads as private. Videos cannot be made public until those steps are complete.
Does OrqLabs make the video?
No. The Content Creator writes the title, description and a script outline; you supply the video file.
Can it reply to YouTube comments?
Yes. The Get comments & mentions and Reply to comment nodes support YouTube; the Community Manager sends replies for your approval, or directly when auto-reply is on.
