What it does in OrqLabs
In the beehiiv integration, the list is your publication itself. Confirmed subscribers from OrqLabs' Newsletter module are added with double opt-in off; people who unsubscribed in beehiiv aren't reactivated and no welcome email is sent. Subscriber sync works on every beehiiv plan.
beehiiv only allows creating posts through the API on its Max and Enterprise plans. There, the newsletter is created as a post with the subject and preview text in its email settings, beehiiv adds its own footer, and stats are read from the post. On other plans the send stops with a clear configuration error and you write the newsletter in beehiiv's editor instead.
In workflows, the beehiiv node adds a subscriber, finds one, unsubscribes and lists recent posts. When you connect, a webhook is created for the *subscription.confirmed* event, and the Integration event trigger starts a workflow on every confirmed subscription.

Setup at a glance
In beehiiv, create an API key named
OrqLabson Settings → Integrations → API and copy the Publication ID.In OrqLabs, go to Integrations → beehiiv → Connect, pick the project and enter the key and publication ID.
The subscription-confirmed webhook is created as you connect; if the card shows no error, you're set.
On Newsletter → Lists, set the list's sending account to this beehiiv connection.

Good to know

- beehiiv's Svix signing secret is only shown in the beehiiv app, so OrqLabs verifies a secret token in the webhook URL instead.
- Subscribers are added one by one, so syncing a large list can take a few minutes.

No. OrqLabs adds subscribers with reactivation off, so anyone who unsubscribed in beehiiv is skipped.
What happens if a send fails?
Post creation is never retried automatically, so the same post can't be published twice. Check beehiiv before resending.
