Verimor integration: SMS campaigns, delivery reports and incoming SMS

What it does in OrqLabs

The integration uses Verimor SMS API v2; the username is your 12-digit subscriber number starting with 90. Under BTK rules, the sending server's IP address must be allowed in Verimor OİM. Test connection shows your remaining credits and approved headers.

Commercial texts are sent with the is_commercial and iys_recipient_type fields; a commercial text to a recipient without İYS consent fails with "no İYS consent" in the report. By default only campaign messages count as commercial.

With OrqLabs set as the push address in OİM, delivery reports update message and campaign statuses, and texts to your 0850 number land in the Inbox where the AI Chatbot can reply.

Setup at a glance

  1. In Verimor OİM → SMS settings, set an API password and allow the OrqLabs outgoing IP.

  2. In OrqLabs, go to Integrations → Verimor SMS → Connect, enter the username (90…), password and header, and pick the İYS mode.

  3. Use Test connection to confirm credits and header.

  4. Set the webhook address from the card (including ?token=) as the delivery report and incoming SMS push address in OİM.

  5. Send a test text to your own number, then text your 0850 number and check the Inbox.

Requirements

  • A Verimor account with SMS credits and an API password set in OİM.
  • The OrqLabs outgoing IP address allowed under OİM → SMS settings.
  • An approved alphanumeric header; for commercial sends, an İYS brand code on that header and consumers' consent recorded in İYS (Turkish Law No. 6563).

Good to know

  • Texts sent with an alphanumeric header can't be replied to; only texts to your 0850 number reach the Inbox.
  • Sending doesn't work until the IP address is allowed (error 401).
  • SMS fees are deducted from your Verimor credits.

Frequently asked questions

What does the "IP settings not configured" error mean?

Verimor requires the sending server's IP address to be allowed under OİM → SMS settings. Add the OrqLabs outgoing IP and try again.

Do I need two addresses for reports and incoming SMS?

No. Enter the same webhook address from the card for both; OrqLabs tells reports and incoming messages apart.

What happens to recipients without İYS consent?

Verimor doesn't send the commercial text and the report says "no İYS consent". With the İYS integration connected, they aren't added to the campaign at all.
