İleti Merkezi integration: bulk SMS, İYS checks and delivery reports

What it does in OrqLabs

The integration uses İleti Merkezi's JSON API; you paste the API key and hash exactly as the panel shows them. Test connection shows your balance and approved headers without using credits, and warns when your header isn't on the list.

Commercial texts are sent with iys=1 and iysList=BIREYSEL (or TACIR), so İleti Merkezi doesn't deliver to recipients without consent in İYS. By default only campaign messages count as commercial; order and appointment notices go out as informational.

Once you set the OrqLabs address as the report webhook in the panel, delivered and undelivered reports update messages and campaign stats. Requests are verified with the secret token in the address.

Setup at a glance

  1. In the İleti Merkezi panel, enable API access under Settings → Security and copy the API key and hash.

  2. In OrqLabs, go to Integrations → İleti Merkezi SMS → Connect, enter the key, hash and header, and pick the İYS mode.

  3. Use Test connection to confirm the balance and header.

  4. Paste the webhook address from the card (including ?token=) into Settings → API → Webhook in the panel.

  5. Send a test text to your own number and check that its status turns delivered.

Requirements

  • An İleti Merkezi account with SMS credits and API access enabled in the panel.
  • An approved sender name (up to 11 characters, no Turkish characters).
  • For commercial sends, your İYS brand code set in the panel – and consent recorded in İYS for commercial messages to consumers (Turkish Law No. 6563).

Good to know

  • The integration is one-way; recipients' replies don't come into OrqLabs.
  • Without the webhook address, messages stay "sent" and no delivery information arrives.
  • SMS fees are deducted from your İleti Merkezi credits.

Frequently asked questions

How do I compute the API hash?

You don't: the İleti Merkezi panel gives you the hash together with the API key, and you paste it as-is.

Why aren't delivery reports arriving?

The ?token= part of the webhook address in the panel must match the verification key in OrqLabs exactly; otherwise requests are rejected.

What happens when the balance runs out?

Sends fail with code 402 and the message is marked failed with that reason; top up your credits and restart the campaign.
